Jeffrey Andes
General Superintendent
Jeffrey Andes joined Catalyst Construction in March of 2005 as General Superintendent, bringing 21 years of construction experience. He is particularly adept at coordinating and adhering to all schedule and budgetary concerns of the construction process.

Jeff attended the University of Wisconsin – Washington County’s Business Administration program, completing both the Associated General Contractors Supervisory program and the Supervisory Leadership Series. Jeff’s experience includes a wide variety of structures including high-end residential, commercial and medical facilities. Jeff’s building history represents his ability to meet the rigorous demands of a tight budget, aggressive schedule, and the ability to lead subcontractors. Jeff’s sensitivity to owner’s needs and attention to detail ensures the success of his projects and customer satisfaction.
