Jeff Wheeler

Jeff Wheeler joined Catalyst Construction in August 2006 as a senior project manager. Previously, Jeff served as project manager for a large national construction management company where he was involved in $148,000,000 of retail construction, preconstruction for a $150,000,000 lifestyle center, $15,000,000 of higher education construction and $5,000,000 of parking structure construction.

Jeff brings extensive operations experience to his project management abilities, making him particularly adept at understanding all phases of the construction process. He has extensive experience in conceptual cost estimates, detailed preliminary budgets, scheduling, contracts, purchase orders, owner direct purchase orders, shop drawings, construction change directives, subcontractor coordination and project closeout.

A New York native, Jeff received a BS in Architectural Engineering (Structural) and Construction Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
