Matthew Burow
President
Matthew Burow started Catalyst Construction in 2004, focusing on medical and commercial office, retail, religious and education facilities. As a project manager at another large construction management company, Matt was involved in $64,000,000 of medical/hospital construction, $5,000,000 of retail construction, almost $100,000,000 of church and school work, and $5,000,000 of industrial construction.
Matt brings extensive field experience to his project management abilities, making him particularly adept at understanding all phases of the construction process. He has extensive experience in life cycle cost analysis, conceptual cost estimates, detailed preliminary budgets, scheduling, contracts, purchase orders, owner direct purchase orders, shop drawings, construction change directives, subcontractor coordination, and project closeout.
Matt is a native of Wisconsin and graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a BS in Construction Management. He is currently active as a construction mentor at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, Big Brothers Big Sisters, facilitates at Shepherd of the Hills in Pewaukee, and is a member of ICSC and Associated General Contractors of America.
