Ron Kammerzelt
Superintendent
Ron Kammerzelt joined Catalyst Construction in September of 2008 as superintendent. He brings more than 13 years of experience in construction supervision. Prior to joining Catalyst Construction he started his structural career over 18 years ago and proved to be an asset who soon became part owner within that residential construction company. Ron has always had a passion for the commercial scale construction and quickly pursued a career in that field where he supervised multimillion dollar projects.

Ron’s proven ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, developers, employees, superintendents, contractors, inspectors, and city officials: is an asset with his well developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities. His responsibilities include coordinate all site construction activities and supervise all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule, maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Ron’s ability to use problem solving techniques and communicate with others continues to prove to be a value to his projects.

A native of Wisconsin, Ron continues to futher his eductation in supervision training through the Associated General Contractors of America.
